  • Service-Based Refunds: Refunds are considered only if the service has not been initiated, significant work has not commenced, or deliverables have not been provided.

  • Project Deposits: Deposits made to secure project timelines are generally non-refundable but may be reconsidered under exceptional circumstances.

  • Completed Services: Once a project or service is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

  • Submit your request by email to info@softbridgesolutions.com within 7 days of purchase or project initiation.

  • Provide your name, service details, reason for refund, and proof of payment.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

  • SoftBridge Solutions reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
